MicroGreens Asian Style

This recipe with MicroGreens has a sauce that gives it Asian flair. 


Ingredients:
MicroGreens Farm Red Mix
Cherry tomatoes
soy sauce
sesame oil
cucumber 


Substitute Genji Ginger Miso dressing for the soy and sesame if you can get your hands on it. 

A dash of soy sauce or tamari and a splash of sesame oil or the Genji dressing make this simple dish incredible.


Tomatoes go Asian.


Who would have thought that tomatoes and soy would taste good together? Adding the MicroGreens pushes the limits of deliciousness plus they are incredibly healthy too.
