Amaranth - Earthy and Beautiful
The taste of amaranth MicroGreens is on the earthy side of things and the color will wow your guests.
Amaranth, a MicroGreen that is not so easy to grow is the perfect compliment to your greens collection.
Keep the soil on the dryer side and watch the pH. Amaranth likes a more acidic environment.
